A fun romance, boy has an unrequited secret crush on his best friend and neighbour. Girl needs a boyfriend, fake dating ensues.
TBH you don't really need to know anything more about the book. There are the 3 act problems, no breakup, no miscommunication. In fact the men were good at communication (mostly) and great at supporting women without being an alpha hole about it. No fighting her battles for her.
It was just a refreshing fun read.
