Lots of really fascinating insight into indigenous knowledge and its intersection with ecology. It was cool to see how her indigenous background informed her approach to her scientific work and life in general. The way she weaves narratives together is just very well done. The themes of the book got repetitive at times, but it reinforces the message. We need to practice gratitude and reciprocity with each other and the natural world. Highly recommend!
