An interesting start but...
I'm not sure I'll continue. I already own the series. I bought them all in an excited flurry because I loved what has now been renamed The Field of Wrong Doing.
However, Cartel doesn't have the same drive to keep going to know all it's secrets. It is an interesting story. I did like it but I don't connect with either MC so I didn't have the same investment.
I do hope that when it's all said and done... Murphy and Emilio get exactly what they deserve.
