I have been wanting to read this since 2021 when I first hear Anthony Jack speak on a virtual panel. His work is ground-breaking and required reading for those in the profession.
Don’t let my 3 ⭐️ mislead you, I definitely recommend this book. I would review is closer to a 4 star, but I did find some parts repetitive and the sample size to be a bit small/skewed so those were my main two critiques. Otherwise, loved the content and commentary!
