hokuccha 's review for:
To Sir Phillip, With Love
by Julia Quinn
After reading this, I love Eloise even more! I love her curiosity and how brash she is. And I love how all through the book she always been concerned w/ the twins' wellbeing, even after they harmed her. Also that feeling of being 'left out' bcs her brother and best friend got married...
Phillip, on the other hand. Let's just say Im not impressed. He was alright until the moment he said Eloise can't complain unless she experienced what he went through... That just. unfair. I was looking forward to his character development, since he at first was only looking for a 'mother' for his child... And then condescendingly he said that. Sigh. It kinda ruin the last romantic scene for me.
