I loved this so so so very much. It will make you grin like crazy, and how appropriate that Cake is in the title, because that's what this short little story is: delicious, frosting-thick cake that you want to gobble down in instant and yet savor every bite.
The only bad thing is that it reminded me of how much I love Laini Taylor's prose and now I am just DYING to read the last book in this series. I suppose I'll have to settle with re-reading the first two, at least until April.
