The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and Tales of the Jazz Age by F. Scott Fitzgerald

3.0

Not bad. I just don't like short stories very much. A couple I loved and a couple I hate.

The Jelly-Bean: 3/5

The Camel's Back: 4/5, I was crying in laughter while reading this story. The beginning didn't look promissing but it quickly turned hilarious.

May Day: 3/5, didn't get interesting until the very end.

Porcelein and Pink: 4/5, pretty funny play

The Diamond as Big as the Ritz: 3/5, interesting concept but I kind of wish it was a novel. Though to be fair I do feel that way about most short stories.

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button: 2/5

Tarquin of Cheapside: 2/5, I liked the characters but didn't have enough of a story to get invested.

"O Russet Witch": 4/5, I absolutely loved it until the end.

The Lees of Happiness: 5/5, one of my favorite short stories of all time.

Mr. Icky: 3/5, another play but terribly depressing instead of funny. A lot was in stage direction so would probably be great for actually watching but not for reading.

Jemina, The Mountain Girl: 3/5, not enough story for me to care about at all but interesting.
