And Every Morning the Way Home Gets Longer and Longer by Fredrik Backman

We all know that death is a certainty, and it’s just a matter of time, but what if your brain stops working before your body? It’s more awful, right, to miss someone who's still here. That's what this book is about. I’ve never cried because of a novel before, but thanks to this, I had a good cry. So when you are in need of a short and emotional read, this one is a good pick. It’s beautifully written, full of wisdom, love, laughter, and tears. Such a mix of feelings, but it makes you appreciate life and the memories of your loved ones, not taking anything for granted.
