4.5

Solar Bones is a book that’s a mix of prose and poetry, told via a single sentence (more accurately a sentence fragment) without any full stops and with capitalisation reserved for proper nouns. Yet it wasn’t as challenging to read as it sounds. A surprisingly compelling and beautiful read about a dead man recalling and reflecting on his life. A work suffused with wonder.
