The daughter witch of a god who is finding her own power faces consequences of that power. Are the consequences warranted? How will isolation lead her to act against those who seek to take advantage of her?

I loved “Song of Achilles” so I knew I needed to read this one too. I felt there was more fantasy in this book and I really enjoyed that! Miller’s writing is beautiful and I loved hearing all these untold details from myths I’ve read dozens of times. This also has great commentary on powerful women and it’s interesting to view that topic through an ancient myth.
