The book switches pov every chapter, which was well executed. I really liked the main characters. I wish the story was a bit longer, so it had more tike to explain the world and becuase it has an open ending. You can read it as a standalone because the next book is from a different pov of one of the side characters. Be aware that the smut is long and explicit.
