Invisible Child: Poverty, Survival & Hope in an American City by Andrea Elliott

5.0

Gripping, raw, and humbling. This book will stick with you. Well written and honest, this book will get under your skin- and it should. If you have never lived in the inner city, you have no idea what an oppressive situation million of Americans find themselves in. The system is BROKEN.
