Change My Game by Kelsey Clayton
5.0

Oh man. This book. Jace is so broken. Hurting so much that he can't see his way out of his pain. Paige is dealing with some heartbreaking family troubles and feels like she has to be the rock at home. Plus she is trying to regain Jace's trust. I love this story. I love that it's the heroine who has to redeem herself for past behavior to start. I love the evolution of their relationship. Both have made mistakes, and both make more mistakes. Neither of them is perfect. I love Carter, Jace's best friend, as the voice of reason in the background. In a way he is the puppet master behind this love story. It's great to watch how he sometimes subtly and sometimes blatantly, pulls the strings to help his friend.
When our two leads finally get together intimately, it is scorching hot.  You completely forget about all the hardships and turmoil they are going thru in their lives and are solely focused on the crazy steaminess taking place. Jace may be a broken boy, but everything seems to be working just fine between the sheets . This book was suspenseful, sexy,  thought provoking and heartbreaking. I enjoyed every minute of it.
