Wow, the level of world-building that this author did and the effort is just amazing! She made all these creatures, worlds, languages, and everything else... I could never! It feels like she could make a video game of an RPG to be honest. Sometimes, I wonder does she has experience with playing Dungeons and Dragons cause she has a BIG POTENTIAL to be a player! I do play :)
Anyways, if you love world-building and lots of lore and descriptive writing in your books, then Helfyre is for you with a touch of hot spicy ass smut! Smut is omg, I just can't haha! Lots of edging. Damn, daddy. A. Chill.
I do have ADHD brain haha! It was a bit challenging for me to keep up with names with multiple POVs I didn't know who I was following anymore, to be honest? But that's just me. If you are detailed and alert, this would be a piece of cake for you. This is a multiple POV character book.
Each race has their own language, which is translated at times and sometimes can be shown at the beginning of the book. There's a reference page. I appreciate it when the author has their own reference page that lists down their character's races, languages, deities, and more.
I really want to know more about Aheia, but I am I wish there is so much mystery to her and hopefully, we could get more of her story in the next book. For Ari omg well we know more of him in this book and it makes sense, but holy demon shadow daddy. He's so hot af! I need more of him.
I will still read the next book because I need to know what happens, but whew. I NEED TO KNOW OKAY. There is a cliffhanger-ish. So whew! What a wild ride!
