There was a darker tone to this one with lots of twists, even if it was slightly predictable at times. I liked the paranormal aspects.
I liked Ophelia and Blackwell. They had an obvious connection and figuring that out was a fun ride.
The games were interesting and the right amount of scary/gruesome.
I had a good time reading this one and enjoyed the ride!
It did feel like the stakes lessened once Ophelia and Blackwell started working together, she was obviously overpowered compared to the others but I guess that was the point
I liked that Ophelia was the reincarnated soul of Blackwell’s love. I’m glad they got a happily ever after.
