The Fault in Our Stars by John Green

4.0

The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is because I find the way Green's teenagers talk and think to be unrealistic. I shouldn't judge. I was one once, and a bright one, but there's something just TOO clever about them. Ponder over. I still loved them though!

And I did love the beautiful story and characters of Gus, Hazel and the peripherals, it was a lovely account of teenage cancer sufferers, how they feel about it, what other family members go through.

And I did cry. More than once. Alongside Ways to Live Forever and Before I Die, another to entry into the genre.
