What If, Pig? by Linzie Hunter

4.0

This is a great little story which helps to address how to deal with your worries.

Pig wants to throw a party but he starts to worry about it. What if no one comes? What if everyone has an awful time? Luckily his friends are there to help him deal with his worries and realise he isn't alone. Everyone has worries but it helps to talk about them. Pig has some great friends and there is a lovely surprise at the end!

I love the message in this story and it is delivered in such a fun and relatable way for young children. My son loved the large vibrant illustrations and there is so much humour for the older children as well (party food list: no sausages!)

A great story to read at bedtime or to share in an early years setting. This would be a great introduction to a PSHE lesson.
