Like if HBO’s Succession took place in the Summer on an East Coast Island. I devoured it. There was a little bit of everything…mystery, family drama, romance. There were parts that were slow and certain narratives felt repetitive, but I think if you shorten the book up by 30-50 pages, those flaws would disappear!
