A beautiful and bittersweet book, the sadness that occurs throughout the story remind us that Anne’s blessed with all this charm can also be harrowed by very real tradgedy. I feel as though I’ve grown up with her and felt the pain she did.
Really lovely book, slower pacing, and the new characters are interesting, Leslie especially. Sometimes it definitely got waffly on stuff which made the pacing slower.
I will stick it out till the final book.
