I'm unfortunately writing this review too late to give it the detail it deserves... I read this book in August and I don't remember much besides the fact that I enjoyed it! I'm really surprised to see that this is the second book in a series, because I haven't read the first one and I didn't have any issues following along with Evie's story. Police procedurals aren't my favorite, but the psychological aspects of this one were really compelling. On the other hand, I wasn't impressed with some of Robotham's sexist comments; luckily they petered out about halfway through the book. Altogether a fun and twisty read!
