i am in awe. i don’t know why i steered clear of this one for so long????? i think i was literally judging a book by its cover and did not understand it was romance. ANYWAY
like i’m fr speechless actually. i felt called out while reading, i felt heals while reading, i felt LOVED while reading. i simply could not put it down and cried the whole time.
like my god what a life! what a love story. you know those books that from this first page you know it’s going to stick with you forever. that was this for me. from the first page i was sold.
there are so many insane one liners from shane that had me absolutely FERAL.”i wanted to drink your bath water” like ill throw up all over this mf book are you fr?!?!?!
audre! my mf girl! obsessed with that queen. her moments were just so beautiful and her relationship with eva was one of the most beautiful mother daughter relationships i’ve ever read in my life.
miss. eva! cheers to the fucking girls who live in the romance and are always chasing it. the girls with guarded hearts that are begging to be loved. jeez louise there was this one line about her mom where her mom was talking about how much eva needed her that week bc she called twice and eva’s next line was how she always needed her. LIKE GIRL THE TRAUMA
i don’t even know what else to say this book changed my life. the only thing i would’ve changed is that i would’ve gotten my head out of my ass and read it sooner. absolutely incredible.
