Thoroughly enjoyed, I wish I read this before I went into Uni because I would have had a complete different outlook. Admittedly, a few chapters did get a bit boring but I found the information interesting to learn. I like that it went into detail about a lot of things I resonate with as well as things I didn’t even know were a thing. Would recommend this book.
