I love falling in love with a new to me author and Elliot Fletcher hit all my buttons. Did I read half of this story with a Scottish accent in my head? Yes, I did. LOL! A story that should have been complicated given the drama that unfolds, but it was wonderfully written and I blew through it with stars in my eyes and a smile on my face. Juniper Ross comes home to the Isle of Sky to manage the family B&B while her mother takes a much deserved vacation. Callum knows this is his time to win Juniper over, since he's been in love with her forever when they met on a train years before, problem was, she was dating and then engaged to his brother. Time changes a lot of things and this trip back to Skye allows old feelings and new feelings to develop. I laughed and cried and swooned quite a bit throughout this story. Fletcher found a new reader and fan in me. Can't wait for the next book. Thank you to NetGalley and the author/publisher for an advanced reader copy. All opinions are my own.
