I'm really glad someone wrote this book - it's a new, important, and under-covered topic. This didn't land very well for me though; there was too much content (too many frameworks, too many imperatives under each section, too wordy) and not enough examples (with the exception of a really good one in chapter 3) that I didn't feel like I could see the important stuff.
