Slow, I fell asleep twice reading it. And then the ending pissed me off. This book did not have to be made into a series. Ash could have made a choice and that could have been the end of it. Instead there's a Shakespearean Midsummer Nights Dream meets The Taming of the Shrew. Seth likes Ashlinn who likes Seth and Kennan who likes Ashlinn and Donia who loves Kennan vibe going on that makes me angry. I'm thinking I'm too old to be reading these books, because I have a hard time suspending my belief in the premise. I really liked Seth though and was totally rooting for him throughout the book. He knew what he wanted and was going for it. 2 thumbs up.
