Decent murder mystery. As a fan of the genre, some of the clues felt a little obvious and it was very easy to tell where a lot of things were leading. As soon as Pip went over the case at the start, I could guess several points straight away such as Sal definitely not commiting suicide, Naomi being more involved than she let on and that Sal's friends were lying about him leaving early. I also guessed a lot of parts of the final solution, but not the whole picture so it was still a good twist.
I did feel that Mr Ward's part felt a little unrealistic. The bit about him keeping the girl in the attic felt completely unnecessary and maybe a step too far? You could have removed it completely and it would have been just the same.
Pip was not the most lovable protagonist, but I didn't hate her. Ravi was the real stand out though, he was very sweet and the two had good chemistry.
It was fun and a good mystery, but I don't think it was anything particuarly stand out.
