I have a terrible habit of adding books to my library holds and completely forgetting the premise by the time they become available. I could read the blurb, but I prefer to go in blind.
Looking at the title and the cover, I expected a Sci-fi novel where a crew had only days to solve a problem or die in space. But this book actually is a mystery surrounding the murder of our MC's husband and subsequent framing of her.
The story drew me in and kept me interested, but I can confidently say that I called the culprit long before Jack did.
As a thriller, it wasn't very thrilling, but it was a fun mystery to try to solve before she got caught.
