I'm all for feminine rage, and I'm glad I finally found something I can dig my teeth into.

I didn't know about her story before I started reading, so I felt this was a great way to learn about it! I love Greek mythology, and I'm glad I started my descent into the HUGE world of Greek mythos retellings with this book.

The characters in this book were absolutely gut-wrenching. There are so many parts that shook me to my core and just felt like I couldn't wait to see and hear the reactions of everyone to these events. This is also a book that's really made me think about ancient societies again (as the history teacher I am, lol). What would it be like to be in this position? Would I do the same thing? This book is super reflective, especially as a woman.

I really enjoyed reading it! I have a bunch of other Greek retelling books on my physical TBR, so we'll see which one I might pick up next.
