The art of this series continues to be phenomenal, but the writing continues to fall short of that same mark. This story line is much more engaging and easier to follow, but there are still confusing aspects that you have to read and reread over and over to understand. Way continues to fail to treat the characters and themes in his writing with respect. His writing in some scenes is at worst downright racist and at best iffy. Overall TUA vol. 2 is disappointing to me.
