👩🏾‍🏫My Review
I don't think I can write a review that will do this book justice, but I will try. I sum this up as a love letter to Black women and the joy we all deserve even when we think, " Everything is not enough."

We follow the stories of Kemi, Brittany, Muna & Yasmine as they navigate the world of Sweden as Black women/ refuge/ immigrant. In this world, there are double standards and presentation of Strong Black Woman trope that proves its undeniable toxcity to overall Black womens health.

Each woman's arc was stressful, yet beautiful see witness unfold. I was in my feelings, you hear me📢 especially as the drama unfolded with Kemi & Ragnar and Brittany & Johan.

The author touch on how missing Black women do not get the air time they deserve compared to white women. She also shared how Black women in executive positions are offen demeaned and dehumanized, but still have to be " strong" and never allowed the chance to be vulnerable.  She touch on topics on racism/wealth and interracial marriages -- no matter if the father is white, the world will always view said child as Black as in the case of baby girl Maya and her wealth father Johan Von Lundin.

I found it interesting how she displays the struggle of accepting the ease of love and not trusting it seems unreal ( in the case of Kemi & Tobias).

I am proud to say that the ending, though fast, was well worth it. Each woman was able to find their worth, through their own deeds and dedication to healing themselves--- through their healing, they healed others💜.

I reflected on the saying " Everything is not Enough" as mentioned numerous times throughout the book. Sometimes that is the case - you can all it all and still want more. But when do you say enough is enough and you're content?
