Disappointing
Too much middle-aged angst and not enough mystery. For a character-driven novel to be enjoyable, you have to like or,at least sympathize with the character. Unfortunately I just wanted it to be over. The mysteries were lost in Charlotte's angst and drama. Maybe later books in the series are better, but I'm not going to find out.
