If you want a really easy romance / smutty book then this will be for you. The actual plot was quite dull with the first 150 pages just going back a forth whether Ava and Alex were going to sleep together.
There was an element of mystery to the story with plot twists surrounding Ava and Alex’s back stories however it was very predictable and I wasn’t surprised at any point.
I do also think that Alex had been majorly romanticised whereas his behaviours are actually more coercive and controlling… 🤷🏼♀️
Anyways I’m going to read the next book in the series ‘Twisted Games’ and will see how I feel about the books after that.
