This contemporary steamy sports romance focuses on a grumpy star golf player and his number one fangirl turned caddie, and I have to say I was skeptical about this dynamic from the get-go. While it was fun to read, I wasn’t convinced by the characters’ insta-love or the incredibly quick personality flips once they started working together, and I had a hard time believing in their emotional connection despite all of their flowery professions of love. There was also a lot of melodrama for a straightforward plot, just not about the things I expected (ie the glaring fact that our heroine idolized and ended up working for her love interest). Unfortunately this one was a miss for me!
