As someone who grew up with Dad and Mom's classic rock and who adores character driven stories, I really loved Daisy Jones & the Six. The interview format provides crucial structure to the story and allows the character voices to be so diverse and complex. I loved reading it and learning about each character from themselves, from the others, and, to some degree, from the interviewer. A beautiful homage to the golden days of rock, but also an inspiring deep dive into the complexity of people, identity, and relationships. I feel like I'll be thinking about the book for a while lol. <3
