Cal and Lucy are just...everything.
Once again, Jennifer Hartmann does a stunning job at telling a heartbreakingly beautiful story. A Pessimist's Guide to Love is the perfect conclusion to the Heartsong Duet (and yes, there's a HEA!).
It's romantic, sexy, angsty, nostalgic, and sorrowful all at once.
The thing I love most about Jennifer's stories is that they hurt before they feel good. They are real and raw. They take you through an entire spectrum of feelings. The Heartsong Duet is no different.
This is one of those stories that sits on my chest, stealing my breath, long after I close it.
