5 stars is not enough for this incredible debut. A New Leaf had me giggling, fist pumping the air, crying, and then laughing out loud all over again.
Finn and Charlie have impeccable banter, palpable chemistry, and so much love between them. These characters bring so much joy to my heart and I know I will be thinking about them for a long time.
A New Leaf is an amazing debut novel. It has altered my brain chemistry with its sarcasm and talk about grief in the realest ways while also giving you a love story between two special dogs too. I’m gonna need everyone to read this book.
