The Fifth Head of Cerberus: Three Novellas
by Gene Wolfe
Gene Wolfe is an author with a very particular audience, I think. And I'm not it. The type of cerebral brain puzzle that this book was did not appeal to me, and I ended up being incredibly confused by it. Even when the point and connections of the book were explained to me, I still didn't see why I should care or what was so incredibly profound about it.
I appreciate Gene Wolfe's ability to present very complicated puzzles in his books, but that's not the type of reader that I am.
