Jescie Hall is easily one of my favorite authors at the moment! I actually read this when it first dropped, but I’m finally getting around to reviewing. I was looking forward to this release for a good while and was pretty happy with it!
This is a revenge/retribution story! The MMC, Shane, was wronged in the past by the FMC, Montana, and he wasn’t messing around with getting some payback. Meanwhile, Montana is on her own revenge arc of a different kind.
This story has some true hate involved, tons of manipulation and vengeance. I don’t want to give too much away, but if you like dark romance I would definitely give this a shot!! There’s more than meets the eye going on, and it was a great read!
