If you like the Thousand Nights and One Night, or tales of the pirate adventure… if you like a sarcastic, foul mouthed, middle aged protagonist who takes no crap and dishes out as good as they get… if you've been wanting an adventure with a woman who makes Sindbad seem boring, this is the book for you.

Amina al-Sirafi is retired and living with her family when she is pulled into an adventure like none she has faced before. We are introduced to her world, her friends, her enemies, her motives and it is all wondrous. I could not help falling in love. I await further adventures with bated breath.
