okay i absolutely love this book so much
i have read it before but shhhh

as someone who is aromantic and asexual, georgia is SUCH A MOOD??? especially during her slight crisis about
never going to fall in love and get married and have someone look after her while she’s sick and that stuff
, like bestie i have been there and it sucks. but i love how alice shows that romantic love is not the only valid form of love!!
between pip, and jason, and sunil, and ROONEY with her great little speech
it is such an affirming book

i remember the first time i read it i was crying throughout the last half of the book because FINALLY someone who understands how i feel. there are so many amazing moments, special mentions to
georgias relationship with ellis, her proposal to pip, that conversation with rooney, her coming to terms with her sexuality and telling sunil, the play!!
but the thing i love most about this book is
how georgia comes to accept herself, and tells herself its okay that she wont find romantic love, because platonic love can be just as strong

anyway obvious 5/5 stan the aroace rep
