Why Didn't They Ask Evans?
by Agatha Christie
This was really good. Even the title just captive your attention. I only bought this one bc of the title if I'm being fr. I really wanted the answer to this question and I'm happy we got it. It was really fun, the 2 protagonist were 2 amators but this made it more fun.
There were some part that I did predict tho, it did had some cliché but I was NOT EXPECTING that ending. I knew that the dude was too nice to be good, I always suspected him and I was kinda angry that the girl got fooled so easily when she said she knew a lot about mysteries. But like the number 1 rule if he is too nice he is probably the killer.. The thing I didn't except was that the doctor had NOTHING to do with the murder. Like idk, he was really sus. I thought since it was too obvious they tried to do return psychology and make him the murderer even if it was obvious. I thought they were a duo, I mean in the end there was a duo but it wasn't them. I also loved the main duo, they really had a chemistry. Maybe if they had more time or maybe a sequel they could have been togheter. In the end, I loved this one, it did had moments where it was predictable but it still had a really good twist with likable characters!
