The Fearless Organization: Creating Psychological Safety in the Workplace for Learning, Innovation, and Growth by Amy C. Edmondson

informative medium-paced

3.75

The inside flap claims it’s a “step-by-step” guide to creating psychological safety, but that seems to overpromise what’s actually in the book. There are plenty of case studies to demonstrate its value, but someone who is picking up this book likely doesn’t need the majority of the book to be spend convincing them of psychological safety’s importance. That said, it’s a useful introduction to the concept and does have a framework to get you started in thinking through how it could be applied in your workplace.
