I really enjoyed the believable characters and story! It is NOT at all like "The Help" in kowtowing to the misfortunes of racial inequities but weaves an intriguing mystery with cunning twists and turns. He relates those existing inequities in some tragic but also many amusing instances that inform and educate the involved reader!
