Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
by J.K. Rowling
When I was a kid, this was one of the scarier books/movies. But rereading it, I think it maybe my favorite reread so far…
Tom Riddles diary oddly reminds me of ChatGPT, something Ginny said about always having a friend in your pocket. Of course this turns out awful for her, should maybe be a premonition to people using AI. Or as Mr. Weasley put it…
“Ginny!” Said Mr Weasley, flabbergasted. “Haven’t I taught you anything? What have I always told you? Never trust anything that can think for itself if you can’t see where it keeps its brain…”
On a final note:
“It is our choices, Harry, that show us what we truly are, far more than our abilities.” - Albus Dumbledore
