That was adorable! I loved the exploration of their relationship! Before reading the book, I was hesitant because I knew there'd be a lot more violence involved than in "His Boy Next Door". But I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't an issue because there was always enthusiastic consent. In fact, it felt more secure than between Channon and Jack because I knew from the start than Ewan wouldn't hesitate to use his safeword if everything got too much.
The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because I'm not a big fan of reused dialogue for scenes from different perspectives.
