Green Arrow Vol. 4: The Rise of Star City by Benjamin Percy
4.0
Percy continues to impress with his run of Green Arrow. This time around, we get a number of different artists, but the blending of styles actually works well here, and they all prove to be visually engaging.
The story is also well-developed (despite veering uncomfortably toward a white-savior narrative x3 early on). The plot remains complex but well-developed, carrying Arrow and his companions in dramatic directions with the careful skill Percy has displayed in his writing throughout the series.
