I really love the issues and messages that S.K Ali weaves within the story she tells. The muslim representation presented in the book was so good in my opinion. Its one of those feel good books that ends up teaches you so much, it continued to suprise me till the very end.
Of course with this being a wedding themed book it was also very joyous and engaging with the added nostalgia, it felt like you were part of it too. I loved how the chapter parts were designed as different invitations to the wedding events. I also loved how we got a cameo of one of my favourite couples from S.K Ali's other book. I literally squealed.
So glad that I picked up this book, now I gonna go recommend it to everyone.
