A short spooky read. There’s always something creepy about the unfamiliar parts of the world and after the ocean, the forests/woods of the world may be the most unsettling part of the unknowns of our world. Emily Carroll excels at hitting that paranoia nerve in your brain that’ll make you think twice about who and what lives and comes from the woods. Couldn’t put this one down
