I found there were way too many characters to develop them enough that I cared for them. I was confused for the first while trying to keep them all straight and their connections. And literally in the last chapter thought, “Jeff? Who’s Jeff? Did we meet him already?” We had. But he hasn’t been mentioned in so long I forgot about him. 

It was slow for me. And anti-climactic as i felt it all somewhat predictable. Family dramas aren’t really my favourite so if you love them maybe this will soar a bit more for you.
