📚 2024 #38: “We Should All Be Millionaires” by Rachel Rodgers

📕 This book is a financial empowerment book for women and minorities, who have historically been paid less for the same jobs and deemed financially irresponsible. Many of us have limiting beliefs around money that prevent us from reaching our earning potentials. Rodgers breaks down exactly how we should reframe these thoughts and ask for the money we deserve. She explains why women should all strive to be millionaires -- not just because we can, but because women are proven to have a larger positive impact on their communities because of their spending/donating power.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5: I listened to the audio version and can see why Rodgers is such a successful coach and public speaker. This book is perfect if you're looking for major inspiration and rewriting of doubts. This is more about the mindset and "why" behind becoming a millionaire, less about the "how." It's still highly empowering and does include several actionable tips for making the most out of your time and business.

🤓 You should read this if you're a woman, other minority, have imposter syndrome, or have any negative feelings about making money or being rich. If you liked "Million Dollar Weekend" by Noah Kagan or "The Psychology of Money" by Morgan Housel, you'll probably like this.
